The Association of British Riding Schools (ABRS+) is a national organisation committed to supporting riding schools and other licensed riding establishments throughout the country. At Almond Equestrian, we are delighted to offer both the ABRS+ Progressive Rider Tests and the Rosette Awards to our clients.
The Progressive Rider Tests are carefully developed to provide a logical and progressive route for training. This structured approach gives both adult and child riders a clear programme of achievable steps, serving as realistic milestones towards their equestrian ambitions—both in the saddle and when working with horses on the ground. Importantly, these tests are flexible and can be adapted as necessary to accommodate riders with disabilities, ensuring accessibility for all.
